How to balance Moon Energy in your life?

Moon is called the ruler of our emotions and also known as the ‘Goddess Luna’. The information of Moon is also very important in your birth chart as the Signs of Sun. All the things like, our feelings about different things, our emotions, are influence by the Moon. There are four main cycles of Moon having different energies: New, Waxing, Full, and Waning.

Energies of Moon:

The Moon has the energy to pull the water in out from the ocean, it affect us too as our body is about 70% of water. The energies of the moon affect the people physically as well as mentally. It is also associated with death, sex and rebirth. It can provide us the energy for healing, and effect our relationships with our soul mates. It is believed that the moon is concerned about helping the women better than men.

It has a cycle and has different energies, from the new moon to the complete full moon; duration of these 8 cycles is 28 days of the full moon which creates the process of manifestation.

Day 3–6 (Crescent)              : The moon’s energy organizes the required resources for the accomplishment of the vision.
Day 6 – 9 (First quarter)       : It is concerned with the utilization of the resources gathered.
Day 10 – 13 (Gibbous)          : This energy helps us in achieving our goals.
Day 13 – 17 (Full)                 : This energy helps us in bringing the manifestation progress towards our goals.
Day 17 – 21 (Disseminating) : It is concerned about the sharing of what we have learned.
Day 21 – 24 (Third quarter)   : It is the complete phase of the moon.
Day 24 – 28 (Balsamic)          : It is concerned with the lonely time period, a period of relaxation and rest.

Let us discuss an effective technique which helps you to balance the moon energy in your life:

Your right brain is stimulated when you are involved in any analytical or logical activity, which is called as the ‘solar’ aspect of the brain. On the other hand, your left brain is at work when you are in a mood to listen to music or poetry, which is called the ‘lunar’ aspect. Mostly people just overuse one part of the brain without using the other part which creates the imbalance in the state of our energies. Your functioning becomes centered, focused and harmonious when you are involved in balancing your active (solar) and passive (lunar) energies.

The duration of this technique is just 21 minutes a day only.

Instructions: You have to just sit silently by closing your eyes. Now press your fingertips for a few minutes upon your closed eyelids until you start seeing a light blinking inside your closed eyes. You need to put so much strain on your eyes. Just notice and remember whatever you are seeing inside. It is a good sign to see a bright light inside your closed eyes, which is known as bindu, having a meaning that the life-force is intensely present in your body. Now you just have to relax your eyes for 3-4 minutes and then repeat the process.

This technique will definitely help you with the balancing the energies in both sides of your brain.
